Minimum Spend £30.00
Treatments over £100 will require a 50% deposit

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Occasionally I would like to show you how much your loyalty means to me by sending special promotions via email or post if you rather not receive these you can ask me to remove you from the distribution list  

Medical conditions
Please inform me of any medical conditions, prior to treatment as these may not be appropriate for you to have.  

Payments
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer on completion of treatment, Late fees will apply if failure to pay on day.  

Patch Testing
Patch testing is a requirement which needs to be done 42 hours prior
to treatment, LVL and Tinting requires a £5.00 deposit redeemable
against treatment.

Cancellations
Please note 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Please note cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment time will be charges 50% of the total treatment booked.  

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
